The trainers were both top notch and communicated in easy to understand manner and took their time to make sure all participants understood at each step of the way. There was ample opportunity to ask questions and they took the time to explain to anyone who may have been struggling to comprehend without making anyone feel awkward or inadequate. I recently completed the FMS forklift course and had a fantastic experience. Not only did I learn a lot, but I also had a great time throughout the training. Byron Hooper, our instructor, was incredibly professional, making the course enjoyable with his engaging teaching style.
