Taken me a while to post this. After 7 years of appt ~ 5-6 weeks apart I became increasingly less impressed by the service I received at Fluid. Nearly every appointment was late and when I was there my appt would take 2-3 hr regardless of what I had. I would sit waiting for my hairdresser to finish someone else and then I would be rushed to make up time or if I was lucky I’d sit there for 3-4 hours.
