Stand in shop for 5 minutes while 3 staff stand behind counter, no greeting or ask if you need assistance. Hard pass from me.

As you were entering I said good morning although at that time you were signing in covid app at the door, while we were opening up and setting up the shop. This lady is extremely rude and arrogant. Not professional at all. As a business owner she should be careful who she is abusing.
I was dIsappointed that I had placed an order that had not arrived by the end of the work day, however, after posting a comment regarding our experience Marisa called to apologise and explain there were online ordering issues with the webpage. While it did not change the fact that my flowers were not received until the next day, I understand the owner is working towards fixing these issues. Thank you Tracy Riddle. We do try to make sure everyone that comes to us is well cared for. Thanks for your comments it goes a long way with us. We did deliver your husband's flowers before 5.15pm on the day requested although there was no time on the order due to website nick up. But the good news is it got fixed yesterday and now working 100 percent. Appreciate your time and response.
