If you close down the phone lines while you 'partake' of lunch you should make it known. You must realise this is not the norm in this now hectic society that we live in. When is lunch, by the way 12-1, 1-2, 12-2? And as 'IS THE NORM', there was no apology for my inconvenience. I don't think it would be an automatic consideration of a poorly trained receptionist, or is it just the attitude of some young girls today. Very sub-standard.

To clarify, our phone lines switch to voicemail from 12:00–1:00 pm so that all staff can have their mandatory break. Unfortunately with a small team it's not possible to answer phones the full day and observe fair work requirements. We return all messages as soon as we possibly can.
