I had FLEXSPEC tiles installed in October 2025 and have had no issues at all. It is very easy to clean and maintain. The tiles are able to withstand weight of the car. I was going to use a Epoxy coating but it is very difficult to apply yourself and expensive if done professionally ($2000+) Very happy with quality and service from FLEXSPEC

After much research on the different types of garage flooring, epoxy, polished concrete, and interlocking rubber gym mats, I'm so glad I went with Flexspec. Delivery and installation was free. I just needed to call to book in installation. The team was friendly and efficient, my single garage was done in under an hour. I went with Slate Grey, the garage floor looks great and it's functional. I'm really happy with the pricing and experience.

Just had Flex Spec garage tiles installed and I’m really impressed. They completely change the look of the garage – it feels more polished and stylish now, and the black, red & grey design really makes the space pop. Excellent product, was looking for alternative garage flooring and stumbled upon Flexspec. They appeared to have a good selection and had the ramps which I wanted as it tends to finish off the install. Tiles were surprisingly easy to lay and completed a double garage in one day on my own, if it was not for all the cutting required for the edges would have finished in an hour. Amazing tiles and installation. The design tool on the website is easy to use, and the installation service was flawless. They came and installed the tiles to match the design exactly, effortlessly working around corners and irregular shapes in the garage. I'm delighted with the result.
