I purchased the SmoothFlex Pro ribbed garage floor tiles and the quality is genuinely outstanding. I was a bit hesitant about the open-rib design at first, but it is actually brilliant. All the dirt and water drop below the surface, so the floor always looks immaculate, and it is incredibly easy to clean—I just run my standard Ryobi shop vac over it to pick up dry dust. They are heavy-duty, click together perfectly, and easily handle the weight of my 4WD. Brilliant Australian product.

Bought Flexspec modular flooring recently and it has been a great upgrade. The tiles feel durable and handle weight well with cars and tools. Kelly from the team was helpful when I had a couple of questions which made the process easier. Installation was easier than expected and took a few hours with no special tools needed. The finish looks professional compared to plain concrete. Good value for the quality. Would recommend.

Very good garage floor tiles and fast delivery too happy wth the service provided
I had FLEXSPEC tiles installed in October 2025 and have had no issues at all. It is very easy to clean and maintain. The tiles are able to withstand weight of the car. I was going to use a Epoxy coating but it is very difficult to apply yourself and expensive if done professionally ($2000+) Very happy with quality and service from FLEXSPEC

After much research on the different types of garage flooring, epoxy, polished concrete, and interlocking rubber gym mats, I'm so glad I went with Flexspec. Delivery and installation was free. I just needed to call to book in installation. The team was friendly and efficient, my single garage was done in under an hour. I went with Slate Grey, the garage floor looks great and it's functional. I'm really happy with the pricing and experience.
