Absolutely seamless (pardon the pun)! Madeline looked after us beautifully and our dresses were perfectly altered and finished. They were ready quickly and your communication with me was constant… I never worried about a thing. You answered immediately, every question I had. I have been a customer for more than 10 years and have always been happy with finished articles but your services have now become too expensive for what I consider to be reasonably small uncomplicated alterations.

We understand the pricing concerns while appreciating your decade of loyalty and satisfaction with our work. Usually for alot of your tops we need to unpick the existing neck ribbing and replace it with a different material and then the material is cut to size and folded to make new bias strip to recreate the neckline. This type of alterations is remodelling the neckline which requires attention to detail and years of tailoring experience to get the right outcome. We hope to see you again Laurel! My customer service experience at The Fitting Room was professional, warm and efficient. The sleeves on my crepe wool jacket were shortened from the shoulder and you can’t tell it has been altered. I wear very pleased with the result and will get so much more wear out of it now that it fits perfectly.
