I highly recommend FitRight Women’s Health! I saw Taryn before I got pregnant, during pregnancy and postpartum. She was wonderful and super knowledgeable - taking the time to answer all my questions and explain things in detail. I don’t even have the words to describe how amazing the team at fitright is. Jess V has been an essential resource in everything pelvic floor and exercise related. I was recommended to see a pregnancy physio and had a great experience with Ellen. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional and clearly passionate about her work. I feel much more confident heading into delivery!
Absolutely loved my initial pelvic floor pregnancy assessment with Emma. She was very welcoming, informative and explained everything to me clearly. My pelvic assessment was non invasive and Emma made me feel comfortable with every step. Emma gave me exercises to start off with and a follow up appointment in 2 weeks. Pelvic floor health is such an important part of a women’s life and I’m grateful for the service Emma and the Fitright team provide. Keep up the amazing work ladies 🤩
