FitRight is such a beautifully created space to support women health through all stages of their lives. From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed, respected and cared for. I'm going through my first pregnancy (currently in 3rd trimester) and I feel fully understood and gently guided through safe but effective methods of excercise and pelvic floor awareness! Thank you Taryn and the team at FitRight. Highly recommend!
FitRight and the wonderful Jess have truly changed my life for the better. Jess has been amazing in guiding me to finally get a diagnosis and supporting me with everyday management. Absolutely loved my initial pelvic floor pregnancy assessment with Emma. She was very welcoming, informative and explained everything to me clearly. My pelvic assessment was non invasive and Emma made me feel comfortable with every step. Emma gave me exercises to start off with and a follow up appointment in 2 weeks. Pelvic floor health is such an important part of a women’s life and I’m grateful for the service Emma and the Fitright team provide. Keep up the amazing work ladies 🤩
Every consultant I've had an appointment with has been so lovely and made me feel very comfortable, even when I had to nurse halfway through an appointment with Emma. She was very caring and made me feel like I didn't need to rush to finish my appointment. There is genuine compassion at this facility & understanding of the demands of being a new mother.
