Agents were so helpful and made our move as easy as it could be!
The Mark Cheney/Amy Bell team were outstanding. Prior to listing with First National, we had been with another agency. After 2 months and 2 failed contracts we were pretty disillusioned. Mark and Amy stressed the importance of "premier marketing". Comparing the previous exposure of our property, the difference with "Premier" was amazing. 5 days after listing, and one open home, more people viewed in one go than in the previous 2 months! And, we had a contract! It's now sold. Thank you team!
Mark has great knowledge of the area. Was spot on with pricing. Communication was clear. Never a problem to contact him or his team.
Our experience with Mark and the First National Moreton team was exceptional. They consistently kept us well-informed, demonstrating unparalleled accommodation and understanding. Their clear communication and extensive knowledge of the real estate market were evident throughout the process. Special commendation to Mackenzie, whose tireless efforts and constant updates made our experience even more commendable. Highly recommend to fellow locals in the market.
Excellent response time, punctual and high level of transparency.
Mark has a fabulous team, it didn’t feel like we had one agent we had a whole team able to assist us. They went above and beyond to achieve a good result for us and really listened to what we were wanting from the process. I would highly recommend their services.
We had a great experience with Mark and the team at first national. Very efficient, friendly and professional.
My husband & I did not deal or ever speak to Mark however we did deal with Mackenzie & Marty who were fabulous. Both were very friendly & helpful with great communication. Wonderful support throughout the whole process. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Our entire review is based on their performance.
Thank you to the team!! special mention to Marks assistant McKenzie who made the process of purchasing easy with quick responses!! Making it work well for both seller and buyer. We love our new home!!
