Positive: professionalism, responsiveness, helpful and easy to work with. He gave me a lot of practical advice and did a lot to help me secure my new home. It doesn’t feel very difficult to make a decision while working with him. There was a tiny problem with my new house. The tenant had to overstay for some reason. He went the extra mile to solve the issue to make sure I could move in ASAP. Also, he’s approachable and would pick up your call even it is not working time.
