We had the house in the market for almost 8 months and didn't have any offer and hardly were getting any buyer through. after switching with Latif and Rohullah, they auctioned our property and it was sold under the hammer.
Jane is very helpful and reliable. She works very hard. She made the buying process easier.
Latif Samadi worked really hard to sell my house in a slow market and he knows what he is doing.
Thank you Latif Samadi and Rohullah, to help us get the house my parents were waiting for. Continuous follow up from Latif helped us to buy the house. Amazing experience very happy.
Real Estate agents often get a bad wrap but this was the exception. Chen really went above and beyond. She did everything to ensure that process was smooth. She also had fantastic communication along the way she worked around our schedule to do a private inspection to ensure that we could view the property. She was also available at any day or time to answer any questions that we had. Chen is truly just a beautiful person with a good heart andsuch professionalism. I cannot recommend her enough.
From start to finish , Silvana’s knowledge and expertise was invaluable in securing a great price !
