Shinae is amazing. I was looking for a new property manager and she gave me details and steps to move forward extremely quickly and ensured a speedy change over. First National Charmhaven had organised everything in under 6h, transferred new management, keys exchanged, photos taken and was live on the internet with an open house for the next day. It then was rented out the next business day. Amazing service, so happy for the change.

I cannot recommend 1st national real estate Charmhaven highly enough they are amazing. Our previous real estate were very disappointing and i am sad to say our property manager was very hard to deal with. We felt like she just didnt seem to care.When we raised our concerns with them they were just ignored and not addressed. They even blamed us (the landlords) for the reason why our property was vacant for quite some time. On board comes Danni and her team they got to work straight away. Once offer came in Jason’s professionalism, communication , transparency & honesty all disappeared. Shouldn’t have to chase your own agent for 2 wks trying to find out what deal he’d done. Acted like he was the buyers agent but I’m footing the bill. To make matters worse he allowed buyers to leave faeces all over my loo and block my loo with I don’t know what. Not a public toilet .
