Shinae is amazing. I was looking for a new property manager and she gave me details and steps to move forward extremely quickly and ensured a speedy change over. First National Charmhaven had organised everything in under 6h, transferred new management, keys exchanged, photos taken and was live on the internet with an open house for the next day. It then was rented out the next business day. Amazing service, so happy for the change.

I cannot recommend 1st national real estate Charmhaven highly enough they are amazing. Our previous real estate were very disappointing and i am sad to say our property manager was very hard to deal with. We felt like she just didnt seem to care.When we raised our concerns with them they were just ignored and not addressed.
