I had my hair done on Thursday by Tori, she made me feel super comfortable, and she was extremely professional. When she was finished, it wasn’t exactly what I had imagined but decided to see how I felt after a few days. Unfortunately it still wasn’t what I wanted, and when I called up, the team were incredibly helpful and asked me to come back so they could fix it for me. I had my hair done by Tori yesterday at Fatty Arbuckles . Fatty Arbuckles was a clean , modern salon with friendly staff . The service provided by Tori was fantastic and she should be commended on this . I had such an amazing time at the salon today. Mel was absolutely amazing and went through all the hair care products and even showed me how to properly curl my hair. The salon experience is to die for, it’s luxurious and an oasis of peace. 10/10 would definitely recommend! Not to mention I’m absolutely in love with my new hair! 😍

I went into Fatty Arbuckles for a colour correction. I was immediately impressed with the gorgeous and relaxing decor. Annette and the team were welcoming and lovely. Mel had the unenviable task of trying to correct my bad attempt at lightening my hair. Apart from being awesome, Mel is a colour magician! She changed my piebald cat look into a brunette bombshell.
