I have been going to Phytness for many years and it is a great place to go for physio and many other health related services. The staff are very friendly, helpful and supportive. The physiotherapists are very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They take time to get to know you and your history with injury and then do an amazing job to get you back to being injury free. The team at Phytness Healthcare have been amazing in supporting me in recovery and ongoing preventative physio for lower back injury. Physio staff give practical and considered treatment to suit my situation. The administrative team are professional, welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommend.

The staff here really care about their patients. They properly explain the nature of the injury and what the treatment does for recovery. The treatment and equipment they use is always up to date with the latest in the field.

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience at Phytness Health from the friendly and helpful reception staff, the individual assistance in the Pilates class to the excellent care from the physiotherapists.

Great physio, my first time I went to Tom who was awesome, got me back playing footy in no time. The next time I saw Tony for my knee and was treated really well. Nice guys and very thorough. I would highly recommend!!
