They did an amazing job on my Mazda3 on a panel beating job. they were professional and friendly even Deb in the office was friendly and helpful despite being so busy. not only was the damage fixed but the whole car looked like it had been detailed. Could not be happier with the repairs done on my Car . Will and the team were great to deal with . This was an insurance job and the insurance company were not very happy with me wanting to send the car to Executive, but I am so glad I stuck to my guns. Thanks Robyn, It's true that some insurers push customers to their own workshops as it is sometimes get cheaper to get repairs done. Although more often than not it means some people learn the hard by having to bring their cars back to us after having poor repairs done. Great people to deal with and excellent standard of work. They treat your vehicle as if it was their own. Highly recommend them.
I only had my brand new Audi for 2 months and I was rear ended. William was always approachable and the team easy to deal with. Seamless process and the work was of highest quality. The Audi was returned as if was out of the show room.
This place is super helpful and go above and beyond for their customers. Very genuine, which is rare in smash repairs places, and just kind people. Highly recommend.
