Exceed were a pleasure to deal with from go to whoa. Hayden, the rep, certainly knew his stuff and was able to help us chose the system and gave us tips on getting the best deal from our power provider as well (not that we're buying much now, thanks to the hew system). The installation crew arrived bang on time, beavered away and had the whole thing up and running by 3pm. They installed the monitoring system and were a lovely bunch of chaps + 1 chappette. The installation crew were cheerful and explained everything that was happening. They arrived bright and early - there was a slight delay that didn’t allow them to start until close to lunch time (no fault of theirs) however they still got it all done by 5pm! Friendly team and would highly recommend.

Corey was easy and great to deal with and system installed well before we expected. Installation team arrived when advised and worked solidly all day. Good bunch of blokes who installed and cleaned up after themselves. You wouldn’t have known anyone had been here. Initially we were advised of a 2 day install but completed in one day as additional staff came to assist.
