Tech bloke listened, 1. decided there might be a G Chrome issue and promptly fixed it. 2. less clear but decided to have quick look at the MS Outlook issues, he was able to sort out most of them in about 1/2 hour. Very happy to take the thing back home in much better order. Still some issues with outlook but could be us. Thanks .
