Disappointed that 5 days later we have the same issue. Called Cassie to discuss and was informed that she could get a plumber out next week which we would be charged for. Interestingly she mentioned that we would have been shown a camera image as proof that the blockage was cleared. Nothing was shown to us. The technician only informed that he could see a blockage on council's side. We called council out today who cleared their blockage and informed us that there was still a blockage on our side. Very frustrating.

We understand your frustration with the recurring blockage, and yes, we are booked on an out-of-town job as I explained on the phone, I did however Tony, try to give you an option to come sooner, perhaps you couldn't hear me as you kept speaking over me.
