I hired Stefan on a recommendation and it was well worth it. He was efficient, professional and very competitively priced. Edit: I found materials left on the roof of the building that was being worked by Stefan. There were 6 screws to the roof that were missing and 5 holes had been glued over, rather than replacing the screws as a quick fix. Apparently all six screws snapped??
