I would highly recommend using dean from elders. He goes over and above. He has great knowledge of his local market. Every time there was an inspection or an enquire I was always notified and keep up to date. Can’t fault him as an agent or a person. Presents himself really professionally
Very timely in responding to emails but would have liked to have seen a bit more pro-activeness with Dean initiating the emails to provide updates. Also, a phone call every now and then wouldn't go astray.
