I asked to get silver grey with purple highlights and my hair is hardly any different to my normal grey hair. I can hardly see any purple. Also I said I didn’t want my hair cut short and she’s cut it very short at the back! I am not having

We did explain to you that lighter grey foils with in grey hair wouldn’t be very contrasting, especially with your hair previously being permed as explained to you within the consultation process.
