Fantastic service! Received a reminder msg the day before and then a msg when Kale was about 10 mins away. Kale was very nice, explained what the problem was to me and answered all my questions. From booking with Charlotte until the end of the job we were very impressed. Being senior people it was lovely to be treated with respect. Tom and Nelz were so polite and professional. My husband and I asked lots of questions which were answered. Thanks to Tom and Nelz we now have a better understanding of our plumbing. Nothing was too much trouble.
