I had a first breast augmentation surgery in 2014 which left me with some pain and discomfort, in July 2016 Dr Hertess re-did the surgery & was able to cover the costs through my private health insurance. The 2nd surgery was a great success as the pain has gone & I'm very pleased with the look too.
I have had two breast augmentations with Dr Hertess and I am extremely happy with the fabulous job she has done on both occasions!! I think that people have all jumped on the 'bash the dr bandwagon' when they don't get the exact result they imagine they will get. I admit her bedside manor isn't the friendliest but her knowledge and experience and ability to perform amazing results is highly commendable. I would recommend her to anyone. :)

Liposuction on abdo and upper thighs. It's been over 4 years and I am still heartbroken over what she has done to my body. I will never feel comfortable in swimmers ever again. Lumps and indents on my thighs. my dissatisfaction was greeted with aggression and resistance. I could have had review surgery, costing even more money, but I was afraid she'd make it worse. Thanks for making me less confident than before.
