Excellent service. The prompt response on a Saturday afternoon was greatly appreciated because it was a sewerage blockage. Friendly and engaging, everything was explained and we were shown on video the exact issues, and given advice about what we needed to do next to avert another blocked drain. Would definitely recommend to anybody with plumbing issues.

Gavin was on time, suggested the best laundry taps that were value for money without sacrificing quality and changed my laundry taps (that were leaking) effortlessly. Gavin never spoke down to me whilst clearly showing that he knew what he was talking about. Personable customer service from anyone (from a plumber or car mechanic, to the person serving me at a takeaway shop) always goes a long way with me.

Gavin promptly responded to my call for assistance with a leaky hot water value. He recognised the issue immediately and carefully with respect to our property (no spillage) in the garage and was finished in no time. Always a pleasure to have him come by and keep our plumbing issues under control.
