Very prompt, busy so couldn’t book in till later (on our advice) but ended up calling in to check anyway to make sure it could wait. Ended up not being a leak after all, so was all good. Thanks

Had a blocked drain/toilet ,made an appointment , Gavin arrived on time , removed the blockage , checked out the rest of the pipes to clear any other blockages with his trusty CCTV camera, showed me the footage. No mess , no fuss , problem solved. I was very grateful and would highly recommend.
