David has been courteous, professional and considerate in all our dealings. These traits are not commonplace in the real estate industry. It has been refreshing to work with an agent of the caliber of David. He is Highly Recommended as an agent.
David went above and beyond with the sale of our property in Point Clare. His extensive knowledge of the area and the market were eminent. We had only one open house and within days we had closed the sale for a price that exceeded our expectations. We could not speak more highly of the service provided and we do look forward to working with David and his team at Domain Property Group in the near future.
David has an excellent knowledge of the market and is enthusiastic and tenacious in getting the job done. He is timely, responsive and a pleasure to deal with.
He was always one step ahead and anticipated all scenarios. Very sharp with the local market trends. Responded quickly to any questions we had and was always able to re assure as with a detailed and logical reason to a course of action taken. Made my wife and I feel at ease from the beginning right to the very end. Look forward to dealing with David in the future !
David was excellent. He provided me with regular updates during the entire sale process and offered to assist me locating a rental property. He had a great understanding of the fluctuating market, the value of the property and it’s selling points. I was very happy with his involvement in the sale of the property and would strongly recommend his services to anyone looking at selling or buying.
From the minute we put it on the market to the moment it sold, Dave worked tirelessly to get us a favorable result. Dave’s communication was excellent. Whether it be relaying buyer interest following an Open Home or simply providing his expertise in the market, he was only ever a phone call away. No hassles, no drama. A professional approach to selling a home.
David and Donna did a great job and delivered on all their promises. The property was sold first weekend on the market. The Price they achieved above was above market average . I would recommend David and Donna to anyone looking to sell there property.
