3 bad visits to the Marketown location, won't be back - tried to give the benefit of the doubt, since everyone has bad days, but obviously that isn't the issue. Staff are unpleasant or downright rude, and it was a genuinely uncomfortable place to be.
The last 2 times I've been into Docs Pharmacy to grab some Ibuprofen/codeine tablets, firstly for a sore back then secondly, a month later, for my torn ankle ligaments, I've been greeted by a female pharmacist and basically interigated, told to do some core work for my sore back and told I shouldn't take such an addictive drug for my injuries, even though being told by my long serving trustworthy doctor that thats what I should take.
