Understand that it is store policy in regards to returns, however, it's pretty poor when a company won't let you exchange goods especially when the item is still in the store on layby!!! Plus we were wanting to exchange the piece for something more expensive but no. Instead I was told to list the item on gumtree!!!! If a company can't make any exceptions, then how do you keep your customers happy and wanting to return to your store? I wouldn't recommend shopping there.
