Warehouse staff were friendly and professional. Communication was timely and helpful. All my questions about various carpets were answered. The carpet layer was very professional and gave us a couple of tips on how to maintain the carpet we had selected.

The whole process was easy, affordable and very well managed despite the current covid situation.
