I was impressed with your improvements throughout since my last visit. Also the Dentist I had this time was very thorough and explained everything so I had no worries with the procedure about to take place. He was very good (Dr. Niranjan Prabhakar). The $550 was expected, and you didn't forget that extra $2.48 for using my Visa card, although who carries around $500 in cash - not me.
