The clinic is very professional and welcoming by staff. Each treatment I have had to return for touch up and my last visit the issue frown did not fade fully as prior treatments after a 2nd follow-up treatment. I have put Chloe name in the section it wasn't Chloe as I could not submit it without a name and no pretext to type another name or say non of the above.Â

It was a great experience from the time I walked in to the Clinic. The staff were friendly and helpful and made me feel at ease. The procedures I had done were well explained prior to being done. I was well informed and was more than happy with the outcome. I would definitely come back again and also recommend Define to friends and family 🥰Â

My whole experience was amazing. Upon arrival, the lady at the front desk was very welcoming and it was clean and tidy. My consultant, Bec, was on time and very friendly.
