RecommendedKeith at Darwin solar was a wealth of knowledge and experience, he took the time out to explain all the fundamentals of house and PV solar.We were so happy with the house solar install , we installed a new PV hot water system and even with monsoon rains and over cast days we have not used the booster once.We will be using Darwin solar again to install solar on our other house and up grade our old solar hot water system to the new PV hot water system
Had solar installed by them my roof is now leaking through the screw holes they created putting solar installed my roof. It took me two weeks to even speak with someone or get a return phone call & when I did they fobbed me off I just wanted someone to come & have a look and fix the leaks I was also willing to pay for this but they told me to call someone else. Pathetic customer service once they have your money they don’t care.

Ema Louise that does not sound anything like us. We have all our trades people on wages, use qualified roofing experts to do the roof work, apply silicone to EVERY screw hole where solar mounting is applied and have not had a leak in the last 5 years. If your claim is true and you are a Darwin Solar customer, our office will call you Monday to resolve this issue. Feel free to PM us any further details.
No after sale service at all. Once the job is done you wouldn’t get anyone if you have any issues. Would never deal with them again
had a system installed in 2014 and had some issues with it but they were gone the following year and with no means for contact to resolve issues and the solar system which is 25 years warranted ceased operation .
take your money when job is done, well not really done then does a runner and leaves with a mountain of problems from poor site inspections and research
