Heater service: The Technician arrived in the time-frame designated, when I booked the service. A phone message was sent to me when he was on his way to my home. He was courteous & professional. The service was thorough & efficient. Eftpos was available for payment on completion of the service. Happy customer.

Replaced a card in my Braemar ducted heating unit under warranty and cleaned it. He was a nice bloke & did a good job. I was billed for the cleaning only.

IStore heat pump supply and install. Competitive price but, perhaps, more importantly excellent pre sale advice and post installation response when I erroneously thought there might be a leak. The after hours call out was polite, thorough and without any scepticism of what I heard.
