We have had a terrible experience with this company. We had a tech out approx 4 weeks ago who assessed and found a termite mound in our garden. It was wet on the day and so we were told they would come back one day in the following week or so to complete the treatment and they would leave it 'up turned' (his words) so as we knew it was done and then they would take payment as they had our details from our initial inspection payment.
