Very respectful. As an older lady (who knows nothing about cars) they explained in detail the issues with my car. There were a few issues that needed attention and when I asked are they urgent I was kindly told “no early next would b fine”. I felt that connolleys were not out to just “make money” particularly before c mas. Thank you.
