Very professional and friendly dental services. The receptionist, Ocean, was helpful and friendly. And I appreciated the lovely guy who "popped in" to answer my query about my health fund and dental coverage. Anna, my dentist, was very thorough and checked and cleaned my teeth. Anna also instructed me on the correct way to floss, and how to clean my back molars properly which has never been explained to me before. This was my first visit to Complete Dental Elanora. All staff were courteous and polite. The procedures and associated costs were clearly explained before any work was done. The level of care provided made me feel comfortable in proceeding with the work and the information provided to take away with me plus the follow up the next day meant I knew what to expect and how to deal with things. Overall the best outcome in a difficult situation.
