Courtesy and product knowledge excellent. Also gave a quote for work to be done as though I’m in a health fund, I am a pensioner and this advice helps enormously.
Sandra was SO lovely she didn’t make me feel bad about missing my past few checkups like a lot of dentists do and she made me feel so comfortable the whole time. 10/10 loved her and her assistant was lovely too
