Hi Compass, My pool is coming up to 15 years old and still absolutely brilliant! So, I thought I’d share my experience with my pool which may give some insight into a long term look at a Compass Pool What is extremely impressive is the fact that this is 15 years old still looks brand new and never been vacuumed, even when this pool was installed! With 4 "teenagers/young adults" we had a pool put in to give them and their friends a safe, family base. It couldn't have worked better. The in-ground cleaning system was also an investment and is brilliant. Thanks to Kate, Josh and crew at Compass Pools, Airport West.
Compass Pools was a great choice & experience for our first pool. Absolutely love the self cleaning pool and system is easy to manage as a novice pool owner. From the commencement right through to completion we received excellent customer service and support from the Newcastle Compass Team. Would highly recommend Newcastle Compass Pools

We had a small area of our yard we never used, and since putting the pool in we now spend a lot of time relaxing in our new outdoor area. It is very easy to use, self cleaning and heated (which is great in the cooler seasons). Couldn't be happier, and the kids absolutely love it!
The pool looks terrific and works very well. The colour, pearl, suits the position. Partial shade for half the day, but the colour is light blue, clean and clear. The auto cleaning was an extra expense we didn't want but is now amazing. I have only used the broom/scoop once this summer. The workmanship on the pool and paving was excellent. The pool and setting looks like it has been a part of our small backyard forever. We are so pleased with the pool and workmanship, it is terrific. We use it every day

We love our self clean low maintenance pool installed by the Newcastle team. Only negative is nothing was installed to empty excess rain water. This detail was overlooked tin the planning Maintenance is simple and we use the pool continuously in the warm weather.

We use the pool heaps and it's easy to maintain with the self cleaning. Install was bit of a hassle but well worth the pain. Lots of pool parties and entertaining.
We love to look out at the pool during the cooler days, and love swimming in it and having many pool parties. We love that it is such low maintenance and looks great all year round with minimal work having been done to it. Best decision that we made getting our pool. The staff were so great at Compass Pools Newcastle, always friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we got the best pool.
