First visit. Easy to make an appointment. Clean, professional and friendly environment. All staff prioritize patient comfort and care. Phoebe(dental hygienist ) did my 2x/yr clean, X-rays, etc - her hands while operating various dental instruments were both thorough and skillful while also having a soft touch. Briefly met with Dr. Sui Kong- she was both professional and warm. Thankfully, I didn’t need any major work done today. A basic dental conversation rapport with Dr. Kong was easy and no stress
This is a well run and very professional practice. Dr Jon has done a great job looking after my teeth. Phoebe is wonderful hygienist. I would highly recommend this practice.
I see Dr Leo Goh at this practice. He is very knowledgeable and very approachable. He always takes time to explain treatments to me and ensuring I'm comfortable with the treatment plan. He explores all options, providing very patient centred care. Highly recommend Dr Leo!
I have been going to Collins Street Dental for years And the Service is always A+. The dentists, the dental nurses and Cathy on the desk are real brilliant! I’ts also very conveniently located just around the corner from Parliament station. Highly recommend.
The team here are excellent to deal with. In particular Phoebe, Cathy and Belinda all do a very good job. The clinic is immaculate and everything is to a high standard. Will return here.
