All I can say is Poor from the start. Communication slow and unhelpful.don’t expect them to assist you as a new Tennent all meetings and calls are rushed. When assistance is asked for reply’s have been short and mostly unhelpful. Property report was rushed and many things missed from holes in fly screens to varnish splatter up walls 6m of turf missing from lawn. not logged as well as many other things. We felt like we were always left in the dark with information once the deposit was paid. This exciting time in our life turned into a very stressful time. Seriously, save your self the effort if you are thinking of going with this group:just don't. Rented through them recently, what a nightmare. From baseless accusations of having more people at the property than on the lease, to bullying, abuse, deflecting and ignoring requests for repairs, breaching contracts by not providing access to parts of the house on the contract.
