Veronica was so helpful to us (specially me being a first home buyer), she was always helpful and kept us up to date every step of the way through the process of buying a house. Answered all of my questions in a timely manner. We both felt very comfortable to discuss with Veronica any queries that we had.
Our land had been on the market for a few years with no success. We decided to go with Veronica and within a short time through fantastic marketing found a buyer and negotiate an acceptable price! SOLD ! At last. Thank you Veronica for your professional and honest service always keeping in touch with us. We were over the moon with a great result and would definitely use Veronica again. We would highly recommend her to any potential seller!
Business response:
Thanks, Tony and Jan for your lovely words - much appreciated. I'm so pleased that I got this Sold for you. It was such a wonderful waterfront property - who wouldn't one to live there! Thank you for all your help and commitment, it was a pleasure working with you both.
Knowledge was acceptional
Business response:
Peter and Sue - what a great deal we got together - thanks for the Review and good luck with your travels.
Veronica was fantastic from beginning to end of our house sale. We found her to be very informative and always available if any situation arose. We highly recommend her services to anyone wishing to buy in the Mandurah area.
Business response:
Thanks, Vern and Kym - you were fantastic too! An absolute pleasure to sell your beautiful home in Halls Head. I hope you are enjoying the new lifestyle and I look forward to helping you again in the future.
The answer to both those questions, Brody’s knowledge and timeliness were excellent, Brody courteous, helpful and professional
Brody’s knowledge of the market is of the highest level! We had previously had the house for sale for a long period with another agent/company without any success. Brody’s local knowledge, honesty and sheer hard work ensured that we had a signed offer in no time at all. He work every possible lead and left no stone unturned. I can’t recommend him high enough. He exceeded my expectations and I’m so appreciative of his work and diligence! Thank you Brody!
Brody was very helpful since we were first time buyers. Anything I wasn’t sure about he & his team were there to help. We are very satisfied with Brody’s service.
Excellent.. If Veronica wasn't sure of somathing she'd check up on it immediately.
Business response:
Thanks Carmen .....it was a pleasure to sell your home and a pleasure dealing with you.
Brody is an excellent real estate agent whom I found efficient and friendly in all our interactions. He was knowledgeable about the local market and gave responsible advice to my queries. Once I made an offer on the property it was plain sailing to settlement with every aspect covered without any worries on my part. I have total confidence in "team Harris" and would recommend Brody for any real estate transactions.
