I could tell how professional Karen was from our first meeting, she was well prepared with knowledge of similar sales in the area and of the history of our house as well. Karen gave tips on what to do before presenting the house for sale and helped us dress the house before photos were taken. Karen was always available if I had questions and her use of the WhatsApp group was useful when my wife and I weren't together we still got the same information. I would happily sell again with Karen.

She has an abundance of enthusiasm and you can tell she knows her stuff 😀 when our buyers were asking questions, about the area and buyers queries in general, she was knowledgeable in all areas. She makes buyers feel valued, confident and reassured. Karen has long sold in the Mandurah area, she lives here too. Karen is ethical, honesty is so important, your buyers will feel it.
