We find it very confusing because you told both installers that you were really happy with the job and you would leave a 5 star review to leaving a review like this. For those of you reading this review I would like to give you some perspective on this. Donna called up wanting a window installed ASAP and we helped her out the very next day, 2 guys were sent to site to do this work for her which took around an Hour and travel time of 1/2hr each way plus materials.
