Suvidh and Kat have been excellent. From day one of the loan approval to this date wherein subsequent payments were released, they have been following-up with the bank and ensuring payments are made on time. In fact, on the first payment from the bank, they escalated and got a payment made earlier overriding the standard SLAs of the bank.
