My property in Westbrook was managed by The Real Estate People until it became very obvious that they were not managing anything. Even the basic job of advertising was botched. Property damage was not followed through and I lost money in both prospective rent and repairs due to poor management.

By actually doing your job and inspecting the houses that you rent. Do not get these people to manage your rentals.
