We were very impressed by Steve Perrett today. After an initial explanation of the new CCA take over we were able to understand what was happening. We had no idea previously so now it is all clearer His advice on our portfolio was very thorough and we feel very confident in our decision .

Informative. Anjali explained everything in such a way it was easy for me to follow her. She is very professional and very aware of the needs of the person she was dealing with. At no point did I feel overwhelmed by the information she was imparting. She made the experience very positive.

Ben's preparation for both my appointments has been outstanding. Ben and his team prepared the paperwork which suited my personal needs exactly and during both appointments Ben explained everything clearly and patiently which took all the stress l was feeling away.
