Stay away! Negligent & deceptive, house was on the market for 2 months, after a month I requested to add a price, this wasn’t done until the following month, no vendor reports or meetings, vague feedback, didn’t request a new contract with the shortened settlement period so buyers didn’t have to settle early. I was told it was just their job to sell it and it sold so it is not their issue. Told that commission would be less if sold under X amount and then Darren went back on this after I signed.
