From the initial phone call Sean was prepared to deal with my needs - a known rodent problem and the need for a termite inspection in a very termite area. He arrived on time for our agreed appointment and his approach was of a person who knew (and was ready to explain) how to deal with my concerns. When he left I understood the situation and how it was dealt with. The follow up report was comprehensive and another visit was scheduled for the next six months.
