ordered a car online and chose express delivery.. car wasn't shipped until 5days later and I'm still waiting for it to arrive..

Hi Mark, sorry to hear your not happy with your purchase from us . In our defence all orders have a 1 to 4 day processing time and if a item Is located at warehouse additional time may be required. This information is supplied to you before you checkout when you select your shipping method and, in our shipping policy. Your ordered was placed on the 26th and was sent express on the 30th. Unfortunately Australia post express can take a little longer these days due to network delays.
Terrible slack service tell you what you want to hear not what they are doing asked for express post Six days later still has not been posted worst service I have experienced
I ordered an RC car from this place with the expectations that they would deliver in their time frame, this was a present for an 11 year old boy and not only did it not make it on time I am still waiting. I put the order through on the 6th of feb and was sent out a week later.
