Excellent service right throughout the whole process from the free quote through to installation. The gentleman who came and measured for the quote was very thorough and explained the whole process. The communication was very good and installation was on time and an excellent job was performed by the installer. We had a very old and difficult door to be re screened and nothing was too much trouble and we are very happy with the result . We have used this business on two occasions and would not hesitate to use them again.

Phone customer service not the best from the office. Not happy with a few conversations. The installer was fantastic. Very happy, helpful, couldnt do enough for us. Cleaned up everything before he left. Gave us tips for the doors with locking, etc. Very professional

Installer on the day did everything to make sure our new roller blinds fit perfectly & was very efficient. Would highly recommend & found that overall from my first contact for a quote request through to installation was great customer service.
