My migraines are a lot less frequent and generally last for a shorter period of time. Recently i went 6 months migraine free which is the longest I have been without a migraine in years.

I have been attending the headache and migraine clinic in Spring Hill for a year or so. Initially, I was seeing Piumi who was so incredibly supportive. She reminded me each session of how far I'd come and would celebrate small wins with me. Despite Piumi no longer being at the clinic, the care I receive is amazing. I know I'm in great hands.
